When you subscribe to receive our newsletters and other content via this website, we collect personal information such as your name and email address so we can process your request and deliver relevant content. We also collect analytics to monitor how subscribers interact with our platform and use this data to analyze engagement and periodically purge inactive subscribers. This may be done via cookies and other mechanisms.

You also agree that your personal information may be used to create an account in our church management system software so that we may provide you with church related content including automated electronic and standard mailings. Information gathered is stored securely in our systems and is not sold or shared with third-party service providers. Data retention and rights

Subscriber data is purged after 12 months of inactivity. Personal data entered into our church management software, by design, can not be deleted but may be periodically archived after a prolonged periods of inactivity.

You have the right to request deletion your data where possible. Electronic subscriptions can be managed using links at the bottom of emails, but you must contact the church office to be removed from receiving standard mail correspondence. The office number can be found on the church’s contact page.
